Abstract
The aim of the study was to determine the factors affecting the size of the firm. Firm Size, Growth, and active are represented with the growth in sales; factors that are thought to affect the size of valuation (market value/book value ratio), financial structure (financial leverage), profitability (rate of Return Active) and liquidity (Liquidity Ratio) were based on. In the study, two different models were created within the scope of dependent variables. In Model 1, based on active growth, a significant and positive relationship between valuation and profitability ratio and size was determined; a significant and negative relationship between liquidity ratio and size was determined. However, no significant relationship was found between the financial leverage ratio and size. In Model 2, based on sales growth, the existence of a significant and positive relationship between valuation and profitability ratio and size was determined, while a significant relationship between financial leverage and liquidity ratio was not determined.
